A Cleaner Way to Manage Auto Start-Stop
The Ford Escape Auto Start Stop Eliminator is designed to restore the driver’s last selected auto start-stop preference after the vehicle is restarted.
Rather than forcing a single permanent setting, the module allows the factory button to remain functional. The driver can change the setting at any time, and the module restores the latest selection during the next startup.
Product Demonstration Sequence
Scene 1: Factory System Test
Start the vehicle and show the original auto start-stop indicator.
Turn the system off manually.
Switch off the ignition and restart the vehicle to demonstrate that the factory system returns to its default state.
Scene 2: Module Installation
Access the appropriate connector according to the vehicle’s switch and console configuration.
Disconnect the factory plug.
Install the module inline with the original harness.
Secure the cable and module away from moving or heated components.
Scene 3: Memory Function Test
Start the vehicle.
Select the desired auto start-stop status.
Turn the ignition off and restart the vehicle.
Show that the module restores the previously selected setting.
